CUSTOM BLOG & LOGO DESIGN

Although every effort is made to have your custom work finished as soon as possible, completion can take up to 6 weeks. Most custom work is however completed within 3 weeks from the date you send back your custom work questionnaire (6 weeks is normal for custom website design).As part of the custom design package, you will have set amount of revisions which will involve communication that is exchanged between the both of us. Because of this, time can be pro-longed so it is always important to be extremely clear from the start of your order exactly what your design needs are. This helps to reduce the time taken to complete your order.Every customer is as important to me as the next however priority is based on the time of the order and not the size of the project so please understand that there may be waiting times during busy periods. Personal circumstances cannot always be taken into consideration but I will always be available to contact at any time and will keep you updated on your project at all times.

BLOG INSTALLATION SERVICE

Setting up your blog can take up to 2 weeks during busy periods although I always try my best to have this complete for you much sooner. Setting up your blog requires your log-in email and password for Blogger or for you to make me an admin with full permission to your blog. Please know that I will never share your security information with anybody else and it is recommended that when providing your log in details, you set a temporary password.

WEBSITE DESIGN

Websites are hugely important to you and your business needs. The same delivery period above applies to custom website orders, however much more work is involved and there may be longer waits during revisions.

PRE-MADE DESIGN

Once your purchase has been confirmed, you will be taken to a download page via Etsy and receive an email with the page link too where you can download the purchased files. You should receive this link instantly, however in certain situations, this may not happen as quickly. For instance, if you have paid by E-Check via Paypal, this can take up 7 days whilst your funds are waiting to be cleared.

COMMUNICATION

I always try to respond to my customers within one hour of receiving their message, however please understand that I'm UK based (GMT) and many of my customers are based overseas. Timezones can interfere with my policy for response times.I work from home and have small children so sometimes I may be unable to reply instantly.I respond exclusively to issues using Etsy conversation only.
