Once you have purchased this listing, I will send you a set of questions and then I will begin work. The process can take anything from 1 week to 3, depending on how speedy we are exchanging emails during the design process.I begin work within 24 hours of receiving your answered questions.

I am however in the UK (GMT TIMEZONE) so cannot respond as quickly to people who message me whilst I am sleeping.Hours of work are from 10am until 6pm on weekdays (GMT).
