PRE-MADE DESIGN

All pre-made purchases have a strict 'no refund' policy. This is because once purchase had been made, you have direct access to the downloadable files.



CUSTOM DESIGN

In the likelihood that you would like to cancel custom design projects, partial refunds may be applicable depending on how much work has been completed and as long as it is within a respectable timeframe. If you wish to cancel your order before design work has started, you are entitled to a full refund within one week of purchase.If you are unhappy with your item, please contact Brand Me Beautiful as soon as possible so that I can do everything else possible to rectify your issue. Having happy customers is my number one priority.
